Warranty Period

The deadline for requesting a refund is up to 7 days after payment confirmation. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within this period, you may request a full refund following the process outlined below.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund – Order #XXXX"
  • Include your full name, email address used for purchase, and order number
  • Provide a brief reason for the refund request

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing and Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase
  • Processing time is up to 7 business days after approval
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account

Exceptions and Limitations

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Refund requests submitted after 7 days from payment confirmation will not be accepted
  • Purchases made by mistake must follow the same refund procedure and timeline
  • If you have already accessed and used a significant portion of the course materials, refund eligibility may be limited
